The Treaty Oak Austin, Texas
The Treaty Oak is one of the most beautiful trees in America. Stephen F. Austin signed a first board agreement with the Indians under its spreading limbs. It was poisoned in1989, but now appears to be in good health and has luxuriant foliage.
